How to contact me
Easy! If you are interested in commissions send me a message through Discord, mrcheese3490 | PLEASE send me a message with the context that you’re interested in commissioning and additional details. The message should at least be a couple of sentences, failure to do this will cause me to mistake you for a bot.

IMPORTANT
IT IS THE CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY to disclose/make it known to me on their intentions with their commission. If I find that a client has ill intent, they will be blacklisted from me and all process of the commission will be voided. A refund will be provided BASED on the stage the art piece is on.
Please be aware that my commissions are a side hussle for me and I AM NOT A FREELANCER, I am a real life person who has a job and goes to school.
I will give days and estimates on when the client will receive an update, rarely do I miss the deadline but if there is no word from me for at least 24 hours after the past date, please contact me.
I DO NOT pay through the method of friends or family. Extra fees from these platforms are not my responsibility to pay for, however I do not mind missing a couple of dollars, as long as I see on the receipt that you’ve paid in full or what you promised then no extra money is needed.
Failure to at least pay a quarter of the invoice within 24 hours will result in commission cancellation.
FULL REFUNDS CANNOT BE GIVEN AFTER FINAL SKETCH AND CONCEPT PASS HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
My refund system works based on how far along I am in a commission, the percentage will decrease the closer I am to completing it. It is the clients responsibility to tell me what they want changed BEFORE I move onto each step.

My process + Refund Policy
After payment has been discussed the following will happen, either I get payed upfront or payment will be received at a later date. If payment is not received upfront then the commission will be cropped and watermarked until full payment is received. 100% refund is still possible at this stage
First sketch pass which will be rough and only serve as a general idea for the commission, 60% refund is still possible at this stage
Second sketch pass, where I refine and clean up from the last sketch, 20% refund is still possible at this stage
FINAL SKETCH PASS will be completely cleaned and ready for the coloring process (if any). REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE AT THIS STAGE
Colors will be added and depending on the commission it can be fully rendered. REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE AT THIS STAGE
Depending on the client, additional details such as backgrounds will be fully colored or rendered. REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE AT THIS STAGE.
COMPLETED. All stages has been approved by client and REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE AT THIS STAGE. Unfortunately at this point, art has been delivered and asking for a refund at this stage only means I get scammed out of art. IT IS THE CLIENTS JOB TO INFORM ME OF A REFUND PRIOR TO COMPLETION OR DURING THE SKETCH PASS PHASES.
